The Gospel of Life

I would now like to say a special word to women who have had an abortion.  The Church is aware of the many factors which may have influenced your decision, and she does not doubt that in many cases it was a painful and even shattering decision.  The wound in your heart may not yet have healed... But do not give into discouragement and do not lose hope. Try, rather to understand what happened and face it honestly...
Gospel of Life, Paragraph 99

This video is provided by Silent Voices, an international Pro-Life organization regarding the real pain of post abortion syndrome.

This video illustrates a man’s pain and regret in prompting or agreeing with their partner’s decision of having an abortion. This testimony is given by Friar Augustine at a ‘Silent No More’ rally in Connecticut.

This video is a lyric video on Kenny Rogers’ song, Water and Bridges that illustrates the pain that men feel about a past abortion.
